Step 3: The client starts the process

As soon as the client receives the link, they can open the workflow and check their data. The following images show what the workflow looks like from the client's perspective. Once the client starts the process, they are redirected to IDNow and guided through the process there.

Step 4: The advisor receives all relevant information

As soon as the client has successfully completed the identification process, all relevant data is stored in the respective workflow and matter. The identity verification is now complete and the workflow can be closed.
