Step 1: The advisor adds the DocuSign workflow to the relevant matter

Step 2: The client receives an email and starts the signing process

Step 3: The signed document is transferred to BetterCo

The advisor receives a notification email as soon as the document has been signed. They can also check the status within the workflow at any time. Once the signing process has been completed successfully, the signed document can be downloaded.
